I would use a curved bar 40 for the crossbar and 30 for the uprights if you like I can measure my own tama rack perhaps this can be a bit of help BERK! BTW:

If your SDS7 is working fine, you are a lucky man ;-). There is only 1 battery to change. Open the case on the right side by removing the right front panel
