In Germany a very nice SDS7 went for Euro 450.- last week ! It was nearly full of cards and even had the Cymbal and Hihat card installed ! I sold my two SDS7s

It s a 6 volt adaptor with 1/8 plug, tip positive. I picked one up at Wal Mart for about $10 that does 1500 mA, which is enough juice to run 2 off of one

Why replace the edge connector? Get rid of it! Solder a ribbon cable to the backpanel, with a 15 pole sub D plug attached. Then a sub D socket to the module.
