Thanks for the info Grant. A helpful list member explained it to me offlist. The ring mod worked fine, I was just concerned that the toggle switch didn't seem to make that much difference, at least with audio signals. I'll experiment with the sine waves. By the way, how's my Wogg

It has come to my attention that a small number of the Noise Ring faceplate were not perfectly rectangular. The slightly irregular faceplates function fine electrically, the problem is cosmetic. I am now checking all faceplates in a rack before assembly to weed out any irregular
