No, the Audity ROM was a different format all together and is not compatible with any of the new units. You can however, get the X- Lead ROM(E-MU # 9089)

You can allready tell they don t expect you to use any other sequencer, two midi outs but only one in. No fine tempo settings. You may want to slightly shift
