I gotta agree that the mass majority of products I see pushed out that are directly marketed towards remixers and/or djs tend to be fairly weak products.

Agreed, the xx7 s have a large rating on the potentiameter imo. This is seriously the only piece of gear I ve found that rivaled the MPC s in terms of pattern

You can do this, but you have to switch the box from Master FX to Use Preset on Channel xx . This turns on the FX control for the preset on the channel
