Yeah the new version of EMXP is great, I used it just before a move to put all my zips and floppies to CF card on my external scsi reader and it worked better

Best thing todo is make a cdrom image and make a cdrom or a cfcard once you have loaded it you can then save to z8 on the pata drive I can also make s5000

Hah! Thanks esynthesist... I was running an old version 2.something. Latest version works well in formatting USB drive and converting / saving Emax to EIII.

Actually it does support logically formatting EIII disks. If the disk manager of EMXP recognizes the USB stick in the USB port, it s able to create an EIII
