Jesper, you need at least 6 of these pins, 1 of them is ground and (most of) the other ones the single channel inputs. I think, I sent you the SDS8 schematics

Ebay is the best place for such findings and yes, the pads are glassy in original. I have a bass pad like that with XLR our while the rest of the set is SDS-8
