To be fair when I got my sx wit no patchs i was amazed by a few sounds when I finaly did load the factory sounds,A few realy are amazing on the SX240.

Hi again, good to see that problem was solved. As for the spiking sound, if your battery is dead, the synth will reset to defaults every times it s turned on.
