I agree it is one of the best machines I have worked with, once the soft sampler is integrated, it in my book is just as if not mere powerful than the mpc2000,

Yes the box is worth it. This box had it s issues in the start but it is a very stable unit now. I love my xl7 and cant think of anything I would replace it

first and strangest; sometimes it won t remember a preset on a certain channel; saved the pattern with o.k. preset, no events on the track (so no prg ch)...

Make sure there is a glide value of at least 1. Think that should work since the glide feature changes nothing unless u set it to a minimal Value! Hope this

Are all the Presets off by 1 number? Not sure I read your email right, but keep in mind that some manufacturers number their MIDI patches (Emu s Presets)

Both the XL-7 and MP-7 has support for beats mode now when OS 1.31 is released. But none of the standard roms inside the XL-7 and MP-7 has any bts presets, so

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
