The patches on one are not necessarily directly compatible with the other - they reference the ROM ID. The samples are the same, but the ROM IDs are different.

The samples are the same, but the presets are slightly different. The MP-7 seems to have more KIT presets and less BTS presets compared to the Phatt ROM.

There is a few sounds that get stuck in my MP7 when I load the mo phatt bank or the mk6 bank. I think the cards work better when you load their own banks.
