As others have pointed out, you can indeed use Sound ROMs made for the P2K synth engine in the CS (and P2500) that were originally designed for single rack

I m not one of the gurus here ... but I am a couple of steps ahead of you. Yes, all the P1000/2000 cards and the P2500 cards will work in the Command Station.
