hi there steve i understand everything you have just told me. thanks
for the effort kinda makes me feel bad that you wrote that much. 

i had explained that ive done all of this but the gate still isnt
working. i cant seem to figure it out....

i havent touched scale shit nor do i fully understand it but i just
turned it up to 18 and hit play and no w nothing sounds tso
scale/shift has nothing to do with it :)

quantise resolution does give the results i want either. the only
other thing i can think of is that my mp7 is broken
