Bakis They are JFET s but you are describing 2 different types. The K30ATM-O is a N channel FET and it crosses to the 2SK30ATM. If the K30A-O is a P channel

Mica and ceramic caps are extremely stable, so you shouldn t need to mess with them. Micas are still in limited production, so I wouldn t worry about them.
