KOrg SQ-10 service manual - "good" copy anyone?

Hello All of the URLs which show a PDF copy of the Korg SQ-10 sequencer service manual direct you to a very low quality photocopy of a scan of a photocopy of a scan etc. In fact, the front page is marked up as "bad copy". It's useful to have even this bad copy of course.
