Bakis They are JFET's but you are describing 2 different types. The K30ATM-O is a N channel FET and it crosses to the 2SK30ATM. If the K30A-O is a P channel FET then subbing one for the other will not work. Can you scan the page(s) of the datasheets that describe this and attach them?
