ok, from the first run thru the techno yard sound set i can safely say that everything i was missing from the protean & beatgarden sound sets are now available. and i'm not just talking about 909 & 808 samples either! i write & produce a weird combination of darkwave, synthpop, 'gothic' and industrial, and was primarily looking for some new drum sounds to augment my collection, and have gone from being slightly disappointed with just the protean drums to very happy indeed after i added the 2 papen chips. all 3 chips go very well together, like a 3-piece jigsaw puzzle. highly recommended combination for dance-orientated stuff... }:-) moose @ midizoo
