Part 6 and Part 9 ? bug with arpege?

Part 6 and Part 9 ? bug with arpege?

2006-04-24 by extratripy

Hi everybody

My english is not perfect but I will try to explain what my problem
is :

I'm playing on xl7 with two others module : a Jomox Airbase on midi
A and a nord modular on midi B.

Part 9, midi channel 16A, there is the kick : the XL7 is sequencing
the jomox, and it's playing normaly.

Part 6, midi channel 6B, I want to control my modular and to play a
pattern arpegiator with a blank preset. I select a blank preset, and
my modular patch, and try several arpege pattern.

When I select some arpege pattern (climber, speed jumper and few
others), suddenly, there is a change on part 9, like a big boost on
my kick, like a big accent, or big low boost...

It's strange, how selecting a pattern arpege, without playing it, on
part 6, could change the audio of part 9????

Is it a bug????

The problem seems to be clear. I do not have a solution, just some
diagnostic questions:

1. If you play an arp on an internal preset instead of using a blank
preset going to the modular on midi B, do you have the same problem
on midi A?

2. Are both parts 9 and 6 set to external (channel assign)?

I am not sure the answer to these question will help, but I thought
they might help rule out some possible causes.
