Same problem as reported earlier with Windows XP Pro. This problem has also been reported when using the JVM used by WebGain (Symantic Cafe) as the default.

If you re just looping the patterns in Logic, keep in mind that every time it loops it s resending program change info, as well pan and volume info as well

Do you have any midi mapping set up? That is weird! Make sure your tracks are set to the corresponding MIDI channels. Ie, track 1 is MIDI channel 1, track 2
