interesting concept on the proteus. Actually I was more thinking that The PROTEUS 2500 was nothing more than an xl-7 with a proteus rom and without the pads.

The P2000 rom has some decent drums in it, especially for the more real sounding breaks (which I do too). Also has sone good pads and lots of nice strings.

You need to have the midi port set up on your computer. On my computer I have to set this up through BIOS. Sometimes this is a bit of a difficult task. Look
