Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Right, I just meant beware of taking the eBay guy's ad as if you would have all the sounds of all those ROMs since you won't.  You'd be able to copy all the presets from the ROMs if you had them, but he doesn't.  Essentially, you'd need a preset dump of all the presets for those ROMs you'd want to use, something that that guy doesn't have.

That said, that'd be pretty cool.  There are some ROMs that even I don't have...

PS. I don't suppose anyone'd want to trade a B-3 ROM for your Ensoniq Project ROM.  Yeah, didn't think so.  :(

I used an E6400 Ultra to burn my ROM.....worked fine (if you follow certain setup rules).  I paid <$300usd maybe a year or so ago for it on Ebay.  I used a 2 step process that burned both parts of the ROM board so I was able to get instruments (samples) and presets that used those instruments from the Ultra to the XL-1......
