The chances? None. If you wanted to pay, be prepared to offer something tantamount to ~20 man years of work. Just because a product is discontinued doesn't mean that the IP contained is no longer used or is no longer a competative advantage. That said, what would you want to do with it anyway? Without specialized hardware and *very* expensive compilers/dev systems, you wouldn't be able to use with it.
