Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

REALLY depends on the patch. A good kick hitting the resonance of the
filter... you can clip a mixer easily. 

It has a pretty wide dynamic range. A good compressor can level that
out a bit, tho may not be appropriate for all uses.
