Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Greetings - 

on the subject of loose or weird connections - I stopped using the
lamp on my XL7 months ago because when it is plugged in it causes the
machine to spark and sputter in a way that is scary - all the lights
flash - strange tramatic sounds come forth - machine crashes etc

anyone else had this problem?

I am trying to figure out if it is a bad light or something deeper
