A few additional notes on using the template (all tracks set up to 
control external gear):

(1) Place the data on the track (eg controller volume data) BEFORE 
changing the channel assignment to external.

(2) If you erase an entire track, the channel assignment will go 
back to internal and will have to be changed back to external.

(3) If you want one of your track to be used for the CS/P2500's 
internal sounds, simply erase the track before recording on it.
