... Back in the late 80s, I separated the keyboard from the module. It comes apart quite nicely, although the module wraps around to form a sort of upside U.

I have an 8700 Computer/Keyboard Controller. I do not know if it works or not. It is highly modified: each DRAM chip has been piggy- backed with another DRAM.
