Yes! I have the original invoice for mine. :D
Working right now but I can dig it out later. I got a lot of bonus 
goodies with mine...

Cool!

Just for the sake of enlightening the public I dug out the manuals, info 
sheets, service manual and schematics and yes, I found the original 
invoice. Dated the 5th of September 1979 (mine being number 0098).

SDS III: 415 GBP
VAT (apparently 15% at the time): 62,25 GBP
---
Total: 477,25 GBP

Don't forget to scan the article. :D
