I soldered myself, as I often do. Cheaper and easier in many ways. When 
it comes to trigging oudon't need any fancy wire either.

Top and sides are one piece, bottom is one. Like this:

The right hand side have a carry handle attached to. I can give you the 
dimensions if you give me time to dig my parts out. My SDS-V is racked 
now and the cover stored away.
