Axel, I was completely aware of all of this and thank you for sharing with everyone. Growing pains hurt. We have still four custom product customers waiting patiently, some rightfully losing that patience. We have three dealers to support, we had an issue with delayed boards. We have two fulltime and two part time (who are fulltime students) to do all that. How would you recommend we do this faster with the resources afforded to us? I would like to hear your suggestions. Bottom line, we work a lot of hours. We're getting everything done, it's taking longer than everyne would like, but it's happening. Nobody's being left out in the rain I assure you. In regards to Schneider specifically , there is an order on it's way now. There are others still due to ship but we had a mishap with our PCB vendor. They dscovered a problem with our art which turned out to be a non-issue, but they were emailing us with requests for assistance to the old EAR-GROUP.COM address for over two weeks (although he had and been using the new one before that for some time). Ear-group.com is not under our control, it's the property of an an ex contributor to the consortium and that mail was not being forwarded to me as both he and i thought it was. This delay costs us additional weeks delivery we could not afford. The good news, the boards arrived Monday and we're working ferverishly to catch up with our demand. Feel free to come help us! I thank everyone for their patience. Shipments are resuming Saturday. - P --- In PLAN_B_analog_blog@yahoogroups.com, Axel Jungkunst <phaedra@...> wrote: > > Hi Peter, > it is really interesting, what you are doing on the other side of the > Atlantic Ocean! > Do you know, how many people are waiting for their ordered modules at > Schneider's Büro here in Europe, mainly Germany? > Ok, they hadn't to pay for the stuff until now, but I think it isn't the

Izam, You win the Plan B award for the day! Thanks for understanding our insanity. We work on deliveries to dealers, people on backlog make (warranted) comments. We work on the backlog, our dealers deliveries fall behind. We're accused of vaporware (new products that are slow to come to market), yet when we announce their release there are comments to remind us not to forget the backlog and production. Oye! It's when I was accused of inventing fictions employees and never once delivering to our dealers, ever is when I sort of gave up on this type of feedback and adopted more of the 'spinning plates' management discipline - as in eight plates flyin', don't drop any. In the meanwhile, I am committed to releasing interesting new products and I think I do a pretty good job of thinking out all possibilities. The fact that the Heisenberg has 5 different VC inputs I believe is proof of that. Anyway, that;s for the comments. - P

Axel, I am sorry for the delay and your aggravations. Schneider Buero has received two orders to date - one hand delivered at Musikmesse, one sent after. There's an order on it's way now and another in thr shop now for Model 15s. That's all that's been ordered from them however - which addresses you question regarding Analogue Haven. They are ordering more frequently, in bigger numbers and we process orders as every manufacturer does - as they are received. Unless other circumstances such as component shortages arise, we are currently working a three weekorder completion cycle, down from 9 weeks from March. My staff is here five to six days a week to maintain that turnaround. - P --- In PLAN_B_analog_blog@yahoogroups.com, Axel Jungkunst <phaedra@...> wrote: > > Peter, > if you want to sell something, it has also something to do with time and > work. > And a plan! > So it is a black box for me, what you have to do to build some modules. > You offer them to the world, so the normal customer has to believe hat > he is able to get all, what he ordered in an acceptable time window.
