Axel, I was completely aware of all of this and thank you for sharing with everyone. Growing pains hurt. We have still four custom product customers waiting patiently, some rightfully losing that patience. We have three dealers to support, we had an issue with delayed boards. We have two fulltime and two part time (who are fulltime students) to do all that. How would you recommend we do this faster with the resources afforded to us? I would like to hear your suggestions. Bottom line, we work a lot of hours. We're getting everything done, it's taking longer than everyne would like, but it's happening. Nobody's being left out in the rain I assure you. In regards to Schneider specifically , there is an order on it's way now. There are others still due to ship but we had a mishap with our PCB vendor. They dscovered a problem with our art which turned out to be a non-issue, but they were emailing us with requests for assistance to the old EAR-GROUP.COM address for over two weeks (although he had and been using the new one before that for some time). Ear-group.com is not under our control, it's the property of an an ex contributor to the consortium and that mail was not being forwarded to me as both he and i thought it was. This delay costs us additional weeks delivery we could not afford. The good news, the boards arrived Monday and we're working ferverishly to catch up with our demand. Feel free to come help us! I thank everyone for their patience. Shipments are resuming Saturday. - P --- In PLAN_B_analog_blog@yahoogroups.com, Axel Jungkunst <phaedra@...> wrote: > > Hi Peter, > it is really interesting, what you are doing on the other side of the > Atlantic Ocean! > Do you know, how many people are waiting for their ordered modules at > Schneider's Büro here in Europe, mainly Germany? > Ok, they hadn't to pay for the stuff until now, but I think it isn't the > money but the interest in your very good modules. > Some are angry, some are disappointed, but Andreas has to answer all > these questions relating to the delay. > He is a really good and serious dealer and it would be nice, if you > don't let him stand in the rain! > I also ordered some modules and I ask me, why does it work with > AnalogueHaven (they have the gear in stock) and not with the dealers > outside the USA? > The world is much bigger and modern people are able to ship something > over the big sea without setting the sails personally! > What are your difficulties to build a package for Berlin? > I see only some plexis, some boards, all very interesting, but I and > some other people would be very pleased to use your inventions! > And you should be pleased about this too, or not!? > best regards > Axel Jungkunst > > (i think you can figure that out) schrieb: > > > > The Mark II faceplates have arrived!
