You win the Plan B award for the day! Thanks for understanding our
insanity.

We work on deliveries to dealers, people on backlog make (warranted)
comments.  We work on the backlog, our dealers deliveries fall behind.
 We're accused of vaporware (new products that are slow to come to
market), yet when we  announce their release there are comments to
remind us not to forget the backlog and production.

Oye!

It's when I was accused of inventing fictions employees and never once
delivering to our dealers, ever is when I sort of gave up on this type
of feedback and adopted more of  the  'spinning plates' management
discipline - as in eight plates flyin', don't drop any.

In the meanwhile, I am committed to releasing interesting new products
and I think I do a pretty good job of thinking out all possibilities.
  The fact that the Heisenberg has 5  different VC inputs I believe is
proof of that.
