if you want to sell something, it has also something to do with time and work.
And a plan!
So it is a black box for me, what you have to do to build some modules. You offer them to the world, so the normal customer has to believe hat he is able to get all, what he ordered in an acceptable time window. I know, that you wanted to send a package of modules since march 2006 to Berlin, we have september and nothing has arrived there. What, please, is your plan?
You are sharing every screw you get with us, so the people have to share the complaints of customers too.
You know, I was waiting six months for a simple Model 17 (which has a lot to do in my modular), and at last Don Hassler/Andreas Schneider took a chance on Frankfurt Messe to get the module for me.
Now I tried indirectly to get some other modules ( 2 x Model 15 and 1 x Model 14) using the work/dealing of Andreas Schneider, but it is the same sad case as I had tried it directly from you.
I hope, the order you mention will really reach Europe, but it is really dissapointing for us german electronic musicians not to get your really fine modules.
Just my two dollars, euros or whatever...

Bottom line, we work a lot of hours. We're getting everything done,

In regards to Schneider specifically , there is an order on it's way
now. There are others still due to ship but we had a mishap with our
PCB vendor. They dscovered a problem with our art which turned out to
be a non-issue, but they were emailing us with requests for assistance
to the old EAR-GROUP.COM address for over two weeks (although he had
and been using the new one before that for some time). Ear-group.com
is not under our control, it's the property of an an ex contributor to
the consortium and that mail was not being forwarded to me as both he
and i thought it was. This delay costs us additional weeks delivery
we could not afford.
The good news, the boards arrived Monday and we're working ferverishly
to catch up with our demand. Feel free to come help us!
I thank everyone for their patience. Shipments are resuming Saturday.
