i guess this is just the result of small business with very cool products. Why is there such high demand ? :) thats odvious but it is very hard to keep people happy when your a small outfit , i found this with our business, we took more people on and that lead to other issues , and its a circle with no start or finish.Worth noting certain other small firm module makers are having similiar issues , i lerk on most modular forums and i think one big problem is people taking cash upfront and then delivery dates drift from weeks to months etc etc.Seems you have to wait for the better stuff / gear when its via small firms of 2-3 people and thats not usual when were use to buying stuff ' now but the way it is.I guess demand will level a bit over time into a sensible flow.Maybe its the stampede right now for Plan B .
A regulated and fair order system is necessary we found with a fair cue system for dealers .
All i can say peter is please keep making the modules ! as i have a large order planned when some money arrives . . .me personally , i am in uk and order from Us / AH as its cheaper and also as thats where the modules were in stock at the time . . . but i guess uk is stuck in the middle..
i found the posts highlighting modules being made and how many have been made and where and when they are shipped to dealers very handy also .Communication is the key.
i'm not sure there is any easy solution except keep going and eventually sales will level :) trouble is peter the modules are just to damn desirable.

Axel,
I was completely aware of all of this and thank you for sharing with
everyone.
Growing pains hurt. We have still four custom product customers
waiting patiently, some rightfully losing that patience. We have three
dealers to support, we had an issue with delayed boards. We have two
fulltime and two part time (who are fulltime students) to do all that.
How would you recommend we do this faster with the resources afforded
to us? I would like to hear your suggestions.
Bottom line, we work a lot of hours. We're getting everything done,
it's taking longer than everyne would like, but it's happening.
Nobody's being left out in the rain I assure you.
In regards to Schneider specifically , there is an order on it's way
now. There are others still due to ship but we had a mishap with our
PCB vendor. They dscovered a problem with our art which turned out to
be a non-issue, but they were emailing us with requests for assistance
to the old EAR-GROUP.COM address for over two weeks (although he had
and been using the new one before that for some time). Ear-group.com
is not under our control, it's the property of an an ex contributor to
the consortium and that mail was not being forwarded to me as both he
and i thought it was. This delay costs us additional weeks delivery
we could not afford.
The good news, the boards arrived Monday and we're working ferverishly
to catch up with our demand. Feel free to come help us!
I thank everyone for their patience. Shipments are resuming Saturday.
