slave xl to logic

slave xl to logic

2003-03-09 by mikexl7

ok I am looking at logic playing my midi file that i uploaded via
Eloader. The tracks are playing. The midi in light on the xl is
blinking away and it is playing no sound at all.

The xl responds to the key pads. But not to the sequencer. I have
looked through the manual but found nothing.

What on earth am I missing?

Please help

Remember u may have to re-asign the track midi out
numbers in logic and reset the command station 2
midi/rechanalise input off

Pattern/channel assign to external

hope this helps

Thanks for getting back to me so fast. I have set the xl to
Rechanalise to off, the track midi channels line up ok.

As for the pattern/channel assign to external, i don't see why i
would want to do this just for play back. I tried it any way and
still no sound from the xl. I don't get it.
