I have erased ALL my song(copied empty sequnce into there places) erased mostly all my patterns and i am getting 57% of my memory used...also i got like a wierd crash today and it asked me to compress the memory so i did..whats going on here? There is hardly anything in there and it says the memory is used up..Is there any way to do a factory re intit or something..or am i freakin out for nothin...

I may be wrong, but dont the preset patterns take up part the same memory? Just as a reference point for you, I backed up and totally wiped my XL-7 recently (on purpose), installed the latest OS, and have a total of about 2 user patterns (in addition to the factory patterns) and my memory usage shows 49%. You are freakin out for nothin, I think.
