Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

So I can kill an individual track.  Can anyone give me a brief tutorial on 
the best way to do this?  I am rather ignorant to MIDI in general but I'm 
learning slowly....  Thanks!

Pages 116 and 117 in your manual go over the only current options 
for the midi footswitches. Unfortunately, what you are looking for 
is not an option as of yet but maybe it can be with a future OS. You 
might want to add that to the wishlist that's going around.
