Is it going to be released later today or Friday. Is it possible that they could release it in the evening if not then I would know to check the website only in the Am. Then call it a day. Thanks

Patience, young Jedi... I'm sure they are doing everything they can to get us the OS ASAP. And don't think that you are the only one checking the website every hour for the past few weeks, I'd like to see the stat server info for those pages. I bet they are the most popular pages on the website right now, with all of us checking all the time. So I guess we'll just have to wait and see, hoping that all of our wishes will be answered with the new OS (Superbeats, USB support maybe?!?) (I just really don't think trying to push them or bothering them will get anything done any faster) ;-) -payntaraspen (Snowboarding until the release comes out...) --- In xl7@y..., "boomtap" <boomtap@y...> wrote: > > > Is it going to be released later today or Friday. Now I'm thinking about setting the emu page as my homepage... http://emu.com/products/mp7/index.html (replace "mp7" above with "xl7" if you so desire) That way I can check automatically everytime i go online... -payntaraspen --- In xl7@y..., "boomtap" <boomtap@y...> wrote: > > > Is it going to be released later today or Friday. Rumor has it that you should check the Emu site later today :) Last minute bugs and stuff had to be fixed "so I hear". The updated Faq (ver 1.31) covering the new features will be posted soon after they go live with the OS, unless they release it after I leave work in which case you'll all have to wait until tomorow :) rEalm Patience, young Jedi... Heheh I'm a Java programmer in the bay area, you don't know how many times I've contemplated asking for a job there just to help make this piece of wonderous gear get better a wee bit sooner... ;) I'd rather wait for a solid OS than a quick buggy one. I'm sure they'll let us know when it's available. Andre

I can't, wish I could! Emu asked me to wait until the OS comes out...
...besides, umm.... I can't write the new stuff until I get the OS too!
(yeah, that's it) ;p
