Hey, just thought of one more thing to check in Cubase.  Go to your MIDI 
Preferences page and see if you've got the following checked (sorry I may 
not be exact with my wording):

"Shorten Notes to Prevent Overflow"

There should be an amount next to this as well, just disable it as it 
might be shortening your new note lengths automatically, doh!

1 tick of 480PPQ is less than 1 tick of 384PPQ.  Try lengthening to 2
ticks instead.

By the way, why don't you just set Cubase to use 384?  Mine actually
defaults to 384.  It's in Options/Synchronization/System Resolution
(PPQN)...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
