transmitting arp to cubase via E-loader

I made sure the Transmit ARP/RIFF is set to "transmit" but when I 
uploaded my pattern via e-loader and imported it into cubase I 
couldn't find arp.  Can arp info be transferred this way or is it 
only transferred during record mode?

It can only be recorded in real time, E-Loader has nothing to do with it.
