Does anyone Know where to get roms for xl7, looking for either mo phatt, 
beat garden but mainly drum rom which is with the px7

It seems that E-MU is sold out of what you are looking for so I guess 
E-bay or a third party supplier like Musicians Friend would be your 
best bet.

good luck.  the only protean drum rom i could find was thru some 3rd  party 
german site that only accepted certified money orders.  that and  overpriced 
ebay auctions.  i emailed emu and told them "make more protean  drum roms"!!  u 
should do the same..

cant find drum roms anywhere in uk only orchestra ones,bought machine hoping 
to expand sounds...i'll keep looking... bet u guys heard this problem all 
before. Great machine though use it with A5000 sampler and nova VA synth. 
Also how can i get it not to play internal sounds on pads when i'm 
sequencing other gear and not turning the volume down for that track????

I NEED A SAMPLER BUT I KNOW THAT WONT HAPPEN I GOT A MP7 AND PX7 WHAT 
YOU GOT TO TRADE. I CANT STAND THESE EBAY KIDS TRYING TO RIP 
EVERYBODY OFF BUT ITS THE LAW OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND. I SAW THIS COMING 
SO I GOT ALL THE CHIPS I COULD WHILE THE GETTING WAS GOOD.
