I Had this one early on..
Have a look @ page 211 in the manual "Effects". Look @ the 2 block
diagrams on pages 211 and 212, they tell it how it is ;o)
I guess your using your XL-7 in multimode, in which case to start
with set the "FX Multimode Control" in the global menu to "Use Master
settings"
In "MIX OUTPUT" in the Global menu you can select the routing of your
tracks / channels to 1 of the 4 sends.
If you make sure that say send 2 in FXA or FXB Send Amount is @ 0%
anything that you send to send 2 will be dry with no effect.
In these 2 screens you setup the amount of desired effect in %.
There global settings so any track / channel say routed to send 1 in
the global menu with 10% effect to FXA will all have the same amount
of effect on them.
You can also select the effects to be controlled via any of the other
presets as well as globally.
Its odd to me that you have to set effects up this way, there dosent
seem to be a direct uneffected level to the master outputs. You have
to do it with the 4 sends..
Hope that helps, im sure someone here with more experiance with the
unit can explain it better. Ive not had my XL-7 for very long and do
need to sit down and read the manual cover to cover to get the full
picture..

Gonz
There dosent seem to be a solo track function :o(
