Reading the previous post reminded me that it would be a huge inprovment. I use pattern mode for the creation of my music. It gets very hard to maintain the knob positions when you have lets say up to 8 knobs a tweaking! Another feature that would make my life alot easier would be a "record edits to pattern" feature in song mode. I will give an example just so it is totaly clear. 1. creat my pattern 2. save it to lets say 10 patterns 3. go into song mode and select the ten patterns in order 4. select "record edits to pattern" 5. Record all my volume mutes as well as quick edits, in as many takes as required. 6. save the song 7 return to pattern mode and have all the work i just did be there. This is what I would like to see. Is there anone elts out there that would use this? It would alow me to keep the flow of my track wile i record it as well as being alot more friendly for remixing in a live setting than switching back and forth from song to pattern mode. I like the idea of maintaining the LIVE PA as opposed to the play one song and then the next song and so forth. You may as well record it to a dat and hit play on that, just think then all you would need is a disco suit and some sexy girls and dance around!! no gear to cary at all! WOW. Hmmmm not shur where that came from but ya i would gladly kiss some ones ass many times to see this stuff come out at some point. Feed back on this idea would be great. And hell if enuf of us think we would use the feature the more likley it will be to see it come true. I love comunicatin in conjunction with a totaly kick ass company. Peace Mike
