Greetings , which E-MU command station is right for me?

Greetings, I am a guitarist who composes and performs eastern
sounding compositions in western time signatures on a Roland VG-8EX.
I would like to purchase an E-MU Command station to acompany me live.
What Command station and sound ROMS would be most condusive? Thanks
in advance, Stephen Charles Barry

Since the MP is geared more towards Hip Hop, the PX-7 would probably
be your best bet for general sounds(if you need the pads), if not
then the P2500 module with an updated "Composer" sound set. The XL
has been discontinued but can probably still be found if you need a
techno soundset.

Well, the World Expediction ROM is perfect for non-western music, but it's
been discontinued and can only be had on Ebay at this point. I think it's
highly worth it, if you wanna pay the money. My vote is for the PX-7 as
well.
