MP-7 Cakewalk instrument definitions?

MP-7 Cakewalk instrument definitions?

2004-07-07 by trackmuzik

does anyone happen to have the .ins files for the MP-7 Rom. I have
been looking and cant find anywhere. If not...can someone give me a
tip or two on how to list my own instrument definitions in Cakewalk
(9)? I just purchased the Rom and can't use it without the
imported/created patches

thank you all

Load the patch editor called Delve onto your computer (www.ikhor.com).
It will make the .ins file for you, including your custom presets.

By the way, Delve won't work as a patch editor for me. For some
reason, I can't select a preset to edit. But, it's great for making
.ins files.

Just go to the files section here in the forum, there is a P2K all (or
something like that) file that contains all the ROMS. Easiest way is
to just edit your master.ins file by copying and pasting what you
need. Then start sonar and look under the patch names sections, and
drag it over to your XL7 instrument definition and put in the correct
bank number, which is also in the file on this site.
have fun

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
