Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I plan on getting the Proteus ROM for my MP-7.  Can anyone else 
suggest what other one I should get for dance music.

Or should I just get a keyboard like the Halo to compliment my MP-7?

X-Lead V2 would be a good choice. When you say "Proteus ROM" ... what 
do you mean: "Proteus Pop" or "Proteus Drums"? ... because those are 
both good choices too.

My first one to pick is the Protean drum ROM.

What other one should I get?

1.  Beat Garden
2.  Proteus POP
3.  X-Lead

What happened to the World Instruments Rom?  Is it all gone?

I have an MP-7 with the X-treme Lead ,Vintage Pro ,Protean Drum and Mo-phatt ROMS.
Quite frankly I couldn't be happier.
The VCO samples alone in the Vintage rom are quite simply put "too die for" .
These 4 roms give me loads of scope.
I still use my EII+ HD for sampled strings ,piano and and other bits and pieces though :) .....

The drum is a good choice. (I can get you that for $120 shipped us;) 
The halo ships with the ZR. (I can get you a deal on that as well) I 
cannot see why you would want to add a 68 voice version to your 128 
voice powerhouse, unless you get an exceptionally good deal on the 
halo and want to use the added keys for controller purposes, I 
imagine you will find most of the other features redundant.
