sup yall first off let me give you a run down of my equipment: akai mpc2000xl e-mu mp7 audiophile USB 24/96 pc homestudio 2004xl i have my MIDI setup so that the mp7 chases the mpc which then chases my pc thru homestudio. in homestudio i've select that both my midi in and output be thru my audiophileUSB. i'll pull up tutorial project on homestudio and press play and wont hear a thing. i see the signal has reached the mp7 because the red midi light begins to flicker along with the project playing. i have the audiophile lined out to my amp and monitors. the strangest thing is that when i exit the project and i get the "are you sure you wanna exit" prompt, i'll hear a little feedback fuzz for about a second. also when making changes to some of the options that require closing and restarting, i'll get that feedback. what am i missing? i appreciate the help and advice.
