The XL1 chip contains the Audity 2000 wav files... The sysex files for the audity2000 preset banks are avaible in the files section of the group. If the appropritate bank changes are made, they should work. Which I assumed was the case from the converastion I had with the person who posted them and the instructions in the file area. The demo that played was from the xl7.. the sounds were from some of the instruments from the audity that replaced the XL1 presets. Go into patch edit and you can see that the audity wavs are in there.. :) eRiKa --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, "M2" <mmcquay@s...> wrote: > Erika, > > Why were you trying to load Audity 2000 data into the XL-7? > > The Audity ROM is not compatible with the Command Station format and > I'm curious to know how the demo played.? > > --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, "Erika" <erika_ev1@y...> wrote: > > So I've got the sysex files for the audity 2000 from the files > area. > > I tried loading them via midiox (www.midiox.com).
