Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

i must say that i am surprised that no one sets up multis with 
presets and if they do ..on one wanted to ans the question..i fianlly 
turned to the emu website and they helped me out.Wonderfull feeling 

this is what i got from the tech support 

You can recall the multisetup from within the pattern and that should 
solve the problem.
In pattern edit go to Event and enter program change data and Bank 
select change data. For Multisetups : MSB=80, LSB=00 and then the 
Program change = the Multisetup number. 

but there is more to go ..this did not work for me 
you have to make shure that prg ch is enabled for that particular midi
ch and you have to set the destination both,inter would prb work but 
i did not check that out. hoora ho ra   peace
