When you push it down it does work better, also if the mashine is on for long time it works better. Thanks guys for your replies. I guess its just the nature of the beast.

not a software problem. I have ordered the replacement part which
was about $10... If you push down on it and turn you will have more
luck.

2.0 OS and everything seems to be great except the data wheel
control. When I turn it slowly it works fine , but when I try to go
faster with turning, it jumps like creazy. For example, when I wanna
sellect new pattern, and if I move it faster its gonna jump to like
next bank and sometimes it will even go into opposite direction so I
have to wheel it realy slowly and I am afraid its gonna even be
worse in the future. Is there a way to fix this or is it just a bug?
Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks
