I have to agree here. The omissions seriously hamper the ability to use x-mix live. Imagine accidentally swapping the pattern one bar early and throwing your whole groove off, and having it blast at a much higher volume in context with a different set of sounds! Don't get me wrong, ill still use it, ill probably just sweat a little more about it than id like.
