That's the kind of incident that makes you want to set all your gear on fire and take up the Amish faith... You know, I just bought an XL-7 and I've done a LOT of research into it... and I was convinced it was a solid box... but this kind of makes me a little skittish. Seriously, if this happened to me, I would very likely end up with a big pile of smashed bits that USED to be an XL-7. I understand that sometimes things like this happen... but PLEASE tell me its a very UNcommon occurrence... Again, condolences to you... I know this is really half assed, but hey, now you can begin fresh and make newer, cooler stuff :)
